Mexico Beach, Florida

Hi,
My fiance and I are planning on moving back to the florida coast next summer after spending the previous summer working(playing) in Destin in 2010. We are recent college graduates, but are looking for a more toned down beach living experience Destin is beautiful, but the traffic was terrible and there were so many people it was hard to even enjoy our time off. I was wondering if anyone had any info on aquiring employment in any capacity. We both had server jobs in destin last summer but wouldn't be opposed to trying anything! Any information would be appreciated

P.S. We will be visiting memorial day weekend, if any cool events are goin on that weekend, we would love to know about them!
