Info for Pet Owners

Dogs are not allowed on the beach within the 3 mile City Limits of Mexico Beach (On the East side of the canal on 42nd street to the Gulf County Line).

However, they are allowed on the beach on the West side of the canal on miles of pristine and uninhabited beaches and also on Gulf County beaches.

Some vacation rental homes offer Pet Friendly accommodations, while others do rent to visitors that bring their pets. Be sure to check with the home's owner or rental management company before booking the property.
